Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how and where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes. If you have a question that is not answered here, email us at support@westcoastgoodies.store or call (562) 555-0147.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only, to all 50 states, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Most orders leave our Long Beach studio within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing the next business day.
Shipping rates
- Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $6.99 per order.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $120.
- Any shipping charge is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Delivery estimates
After an order leaves our studio, standard shipping typically arrives within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, and severe weather or carrier delays can occasionally add time.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow your package the whole way. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within two business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated in several business days, or a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, email support@westcoastgoodies.store and we will open an inquiry with the carrier and make it right.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded less the original shipping cost.
